Terrible Place. We set up a 4 P.M. pickup time for our UHAUL rental the day before we move, as we are leaving for Chicago at 6 A.M. and need it loaded up tonight. We show up at 4 and they are closed. Stay far away from this awful place, now we have to drive an extra hour out of the way to pick up a trailer that is smaller than the one we initially ordered.
Very friendly and prompt. Drove by saw a uhaul exact size needed. Will went above and beyond to switch reservations. Highly recommend for outstanding customer service. Shop full of goodies.
